Beware of potential info phishing scams.
Customers should be specifically aware of well-crafted fake UPS e-mails; please find additional information here.
The Mail Box joins the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in warning the public about malicious texts and/or e-mails. These typically warn about a vague inbound package that require one to click a link to submit information. If you are not expecting something, it is best to disregard them. If you are expecting a package, you should ignore the message anyway and instead reference receipts, and then contact the delivery courier directly via their customer service pages.
